Do you possess two years of full-time, paid, increasingly responsible professional analytical applications/programming work in an information systems environment?

If you answered Yes, describe your work experience in detail.  Include the name of your employer, dates of employment, job title, and number hours worked per week.

Substitution Pattern 1:  Do possess an approved information systems technology certificate or completion of an approved information systems training course?   If yes, list certifications and coursework, including name of school and/or program, and number of units completed.

Note:  Certification and/or coursework may substitute for part or all of the required education.  List of approved certificates and/or courses is available here.

Substitution Pattern 2:  Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the above required education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two years.  If qualifying under this pattern, describe your additional full-time, paid, qualifying experience.  Include the name of your employer, dates of employment, job title, and number of hours worked per week.
