SUBSTITUTION #1

Possession of an approved information systems technology certificate, or completion of an approved information systems training course may substitute for part or all of the required education.  If you are using this substitution, list your certificate or training course below.

SUBSTITUTION #2

Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the above required education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two years.  Describe your experience in detail.  Include employer name, job title, dates of employment, and hours worked per week.
