The purpose of Questions #1 through #6 of this Supplemental Questionnaire is to obtain specific information regarding your training and experience as it relates to the knowledge, skills and abilities for this classification. Candidates who receive a passing score in the Trades Supervisory Examination will have questions #1 through #6 on the Supplemental Questionnaire evaluated and scored. These Supplemental Questionnaire questions (questions #1 through #6) will be worth 40% of the total weight of the selection procedure.

The answers provided should be consistent with the information in your general application and are subject to verification.

The minimum qualifications for this examination state the following:

Six (6) years of journey–level experience which must have included three (3) years in a supervisory capacity in the construction, maintenance and repair of overhead and underground transit power transmission systems and equipment over 600 volts.
