This Supplemental Questionnaire serves as the sole examination for the 1684 Auditor II classification and your responese on this exam will be used to determine your score and rank on the eligibility list. The purpose of this supplemental questionnaire is to determine your job -rleated experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in areas that have been linked to essential duties for this position.
The information you provide on this questionnaire should be consistent with the informaiton on your application and is subject to verification. Providing false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information may result in disqualification, ineligibility or separation from employment.
It is sugessted that you review the entire questionnaire before starting, prepare your responses in Microsoft Word, and then past them into the questionnaire. Please limit your response to no more than one (1) 8.5 x 11 in. typewritten page per response (or 500 words). Resumes and other unsolicited materials will not be accepted in lieu of this Supplemental Questionnaire.
1) Describe an experience from your professional career in which you had to work with various stakeholder interests to complete an analytical or professional work product. In your response, please describe:
a) Your approach for working with all stakeholders, including how you managed the various issues, interest and expectations to achieve your goal and/or complete your work product.
b) How you communicated and developed relationships with the stakeholders.

2) Describe an example from your professional experience in which you synthesized and analyzed qualitative and/or quantitative data to develop and present meaningful findings and recomendations to management and other stakeholders. In your response, please describe:
a) Your methods for analyzing the informaiton and supporting your recommendations including the systems or tools you used in your analysis.
b) The limitations you encountered with your data set or challenges you faced with your analysis and how you overcame them.
c) Your results. What were your recommendations?
d) How you presented your results to your target audience.
e) How your analytical efforts created value for the organization.
3) Describe examples from your professional experience that demonstrate your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, design an audit/project plan including initial scoping, conducting filedwork testing, and writign the audit report, and complete tasks in a timely and effective manner.
