SFERS' long-term required rate of return is approximately 7.5%.  Discuss the role of Private Credit and Public Fixed Income (Liquid Credit and US Treasuries) in an Institutional Portfolio.

Discuss your experience in evaluating limited partnership agreements, private placement memorandums, investment management agreements, and preparing subscription agreements.

To be successful in this role, it is imperative that the Security Analyst is motivated and have an excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a desire and willingness to learn over time. Describe your attention to detail in the following: analyzing offering memorandums, preparing subscription documents, writing investment recommendations, and completing capital calls and other similar operational needs of an investment. Also, discuss how you think you will be able to succeed in this role based on your experience.

The Security Analyst role will involve writing detailed investment memoranda along with performing analytical, administrative, operational and reporting functions. Briefly describe your writing experience and your current day-to-day responsibilities.

Private markets investments face tight deadlines in terms of completing and furnishing investment recommendations and fund documents on time, arranging for funds to be transferred when capital is called, etc.  Discuss your experience completing tasks such as these while facing deadlines.
