Required Documents

You are required to attach a Cover Letter, Resume, and a current List of References to this application. You have the option of entering your Cover Letter, Resume, and List of References in the text boxes below or attaching your Cover Letter, Resume, and current List of References to this application by following the instructions below.

To upload your Cover Letter and List of References:

  1. Click on the "Other" Tab
  2. Click the "Upload attachment" radio button next to each of the documents listed
  3. Click "Upload Attachment"
  4. Type in a meaningful short description for the file
  5. Browse for the file on your computer
  6. Make sure your document is saved in one of the following formats: .doc, .docx, .jpg, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, or .rtf
  7. Click "Upload"

    For the remaining document:
  8. Click "Upload another file"
  9. Repeat steps 4 - 8 until your two documents are uploaded (List of References and Cover Letter)
