Supplemental Questionnaire Instructions: The purpose of this Supplemental Questionnaire is to determine your knowledge, skills, and abilities in job-related areas that have been identified as critical for satisfactory performance for this position. This supplemental application must be submitted with your application at the time of filing. a) A primary element of the Program & Planning and Grants manager positions is the ability to effectively manage a team including supervising and deploying staff, building teamwork and shared accountability, setting shared goals and providing guidance and support to help team members fulfil their roles.

a) Describe a specific project you played a primary role in managing that was particularly challenging in terms of complexity, scale, or associated issues.
b)Be specific about how you advanced the project and achieved desired results, addressing any policy tradeoffs, community relations issues, and other challenges you encountered if applicable.
c) If there were conflicts, how were they resolved?
d) Describe how you balanced the needs of various stakeholders towards a successful result.
