Describe your training, education, and/or experience with Excel, ArcView, AutoCAD and other computer-aided drafting or engineering design software. Please describe in detail a significant project you completed using this type of software.

Describe your training, education, and/or experience reviewing plans for conformance with code requirements. Include your job duties, typical work assignments, and level of responsibility.

Describe your experience, if any, reviewing site drainage designs and evaluating drainage studies, including reviewing and/or generating drainage tributary areas and performing field investigations.
