Please provide an example of your most complex project and/or program which demonstrates your experience as it relates to any experience that you may have with public sector program planning and program policy development. Include any experience that would relate to providing programs relevant and important for inmates in a jail.

Describe your experience collaborating with diverse groups and how you successfully achieved a common goal. Include how you built credibility within the groups and how that would relate to inmate populations and correctional officers.

Please describe strategies you would use to recruit and retain volunteers and contracted providers.

The County of Santa Cruz has a number of Program Coordinator positions in the following departments: District Attorney’s Office, County Clerk-Elections, Health Services Agency, Human Services Department, Sheriff’s Office, Parks Department, Personnel, and Public Works. Please describe how your experience may be related to the above departments.
