• Coordinate special builds with launch and production teams.
  • (Press cars, show cars, prototype builds, special engineering seats, etc.).
• Schedule production seat build special parts that need to be documented
  • (Press cars, show cars, side airbag testing, PTRs, other special builds.).
• Build Press/ Show seats to Customer standard.
• Maintain MSSC’s Training Matrix.
• Ensure trainees progress through the training process including final sign off of trainee.
• Perform on-the-job training to each production team member – new and existing.

 Qualifications and Experience: 

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work any shift schedule according to business needs
• Able to work overtime with little notice. A high school diploma or GED. 
• Must be able to communicate needs to others in their work areas and interact in a professional manner. 
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Three years prior working experience including 1 year of manufacturing/assembly
• Prior seat assembly experience
