Winbro Group Technologies is an acknowledged world market leader in the development and manufacture of advanced Machine Tool Systems. Winbro has an aerospace approved part manufacturing facility in Rock Hill, SC which utilizes Winbro manufactured Machine Systems to produce cooling holes in various types of Gas Turbine components.

Due to significant growth, the following position is available:

Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to be responsible for ensuring production machine tools, associated equipment and facilities are available to enable 24/7 manufacturing of complex aerospace and industrial gas turbine engine parts.

Responsibilities include:

Maintenance, servicing and commissioning of EDM, ECM and Laser machine tools
Preventative and reactive maintenance
Maintenance of facilities equipment
Installation and commissioning support for new system installations
Operation of computer-controlled machine tools
Complete written and PC based maintenance records
Repair and maintain tooling
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Other related duties as required at the direction of the supervisor/manager

Skills/Requirements:

Electronic and mechanical experience, required Strong PC skills
Proven attention to detail and the ability to read and follow complex instructions
A flexible and enthusiastic attitude
Communicate effectively with others
A clear and logical approach to fault finding problems
Able to work alone, using your own initiative
Willingness and ability to learn and develop
High School Diploma or equivalent, required C
Candidate must be a US citizen or green card holder

40 hours per week – rolling shifts; days, nights and weekends. Starting salary: $47,500 per year.
