Minghua USA, a division of Jiangnan Mold Plastics Technology Corporation, is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.  One of the largest suppliers of plastic mold parts in China’s automotive industry, Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic products and hi-tech molds. The company will manufacture a variety of parts and products for original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers in the automotive industry.

Receptionist

 

 

 

 Initial Job Duties:

 
  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls take and relay messages
  • provide information to callers
  • greet persons entering organization
  • direct persons to correct destination
  • deal with queries from the public and customers
  • ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • prepare correspondence and documents
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • schedule appointments
  • maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • organize conference and meeting room bookings
  • co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
  • monitor and maintain office equipment
  • control inventory relevant to reception area
  • tidy and maintain the reception area Assist HR staff and other management staff as needed

 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • HS Diploma / Ged is required; further education is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience working in an administrative function
  • Bi-lingual is a plus especially in German or Mandarin
  • Experience with diversity / multicultural environments
  • Overall good abilities with clerical, receptionist and administrative experience
  • Ability to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent & effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Teamwork, team building and problem solving skills
  • Computer (Microsoft Office Apps) and typing skills
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Customer service orientation
  • Organizing and planning
  • Attention to detail, initiative, reliability, stress tolerance
