Minghua USA, Inc. - Glue Technician

• Responsible for planning and project management for product gluing work package.
• Attend design reviews, make sure part is designed to specifications of gluing process.
• Develop gluing process flow chart, Control plan, PFMEA and Operation instructions.
• Make sure gluing machine fulfils the requirements for the gluing process.
• Produce parts and continuously improve the gluing process (build phases and SOP) to project requirements.
• Control the quality of gluing, make sure the gluing process is stable.
• Organize production team to handle quality topics.
• Complete all phase targets (KPI as Ok rate, material usage rate, cycle time, process stableness).
• Attend the project meetings on time.

 Qualifications and Experience: 

• High school diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred in the field of mechanics and/or electrical.
• Will consider Education and Experience equivalents.
• 5-years of relevant experience and knowledge of production in the auto industry.
• Familiar with Quality system requirement TS 16949 and QM tools.
• Quality related training/certifications are a plus.
• Capable of planning, organizing, communicating and problem solving under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication, time management, team problem solving, and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Must be eligible to secure a passport and willing to travel internationally for 1–3 months based on training needs.
