Minghua USA, a division of Jiangnan Mold Plastics Technology Corporation, is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.  One of the largest suppliers of plastic mold parts in China’s automotive industry, Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic products and hi-tech molds. The company will manufacture a variety of parts and products for original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers in the automotive industry.

SORTING CLERK

 

 

 

 Initial Job Duties:

 
  • Hands-on position that will work in the shipping/receiving/warehouse areas.
  • Use bar code and scanner processes in coordinating material flow.
  • Responsible for handling products and other materials and ensuring proper placement, storage, delivery, etc. for these items.
  • Conduct sorting and shipping.
  • Conduct assembly according to production demands.
  • Conduct on-site arrangement and maintenance based on 5Smanagement standards.
  • Finish other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Secondary vocational school education, high school education or above degree
  • Knowledge of operating instructions, sorting standards and characteristics of different products.
  • Must possess excellent communication ability
  • Sense of professional dedication and awareness of responsibility; positive and initiative attitude; team spirit; awareness of continuous improvement and upgrade by learning
  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs with or without manual or mechanical assistance.
  • The ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
  • The ability to see details up close or at a distance.
  • Must be eligible to secure a passport and willing to travel internationally for 1–3 months based on training needs.
