Minghua USA, Inc. - Injection Tooling Technician

• Participating in development of molds projects, tracking developing plans of molds, compiling reports on test molds and cooperating with acceptance check of molds
• Making old maintenance plans and guide book, tracking mold status and establishing mold files
• Setting up daily maintenance and management plans of molds and monitoring the implementation
• Solving problems during mold production, cooperating with mold suppliers and external resources to do mold repairing and maintenance
• Work in a safe manner, following all safety policies and procedures

 Qualifications and Experience: 

• High school diploma or GED or above, molding or mechanical relevant majors.
• 1+ years working experience in injection molding maintenance and repair; experience in auto industry is preferred
• Familiar with operating principles of injection molding, principles of mechanical design, product quality standards, injection molding process
• Must possess skills of molding installation, disassembling and maintenance.
• Team player
• Good problem solving skills in relation to function and responsibilities
• Ability with computers, reading documents, understanding work instructions
• Good communication & training skills in assisting operators to understand work instructions
• Must be eligible to secure a passport and willing to travel internationally for 1–3 months based on training needs.
