Minghua USA, Inc. - Injection Shift Leader

• Responsible for the safety and productivity of all production employees staffed on designated shift, as well as plant security.
• Accountable for ensuring production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within quality parameters.
• Organize production in injection workshops.
• Claim auxiliary materials based on production schedule.
• Inspect charging and mixing status according to process requirements.
• Coordinate personnel arrangement based on production schedule.
• Conduct inspections by moving around production fields.
• Manage production quality in injection workshops.
• Supervise product quality and report quality abnormalities.
• Organize the implementation of rectification measures to quality.
• Manage production safety in injection workshops as well as conduct safety production training.
• 5S management of injection workshops.
• Daily maintenance of equipment in workshops 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

• High school education or GED required
• Secondary vocational school education, or above degree
• 1+ years working experience in plastics parts manufacturing
• Knowledge of operation instructions, characteristics of different products, quality standards of products, running principles of injection machines and injection production process
• Organizational skills; communication and coordination capacity; operating skills of various posts
• Professional ethics; awareness of responsibility; positive and active mind; team work spirit.
• Must be eligible to secure a passport and willing to travel internationally for 1–3 months based on training needs.
