Minghua USA, a division of Jiangnan Mold Plastics Technology Corporation, is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.  One of the largest suppliers of plastic mold parts in China’s automotive industry, Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic products and hi-tech molds. The company will manufacture a variety of parts and products for original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers in the automotive industry.

Graduate Program - Technicians

The graduate is required to be part of a training and development process geared to create skill sets that would enhance their career and provide great value to the company and their respective functional area.

 

 

 

 

 

 Initial Job Duties:

 
  • Continuous improvement of the process using lean manufacturing concepts which includes reducing waste, increase efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Be the technical expert and resource for your assigned functional area
  • Participating in development of projects, tracking & developing plans, compiling reports on test processes / product and cooperating with other resources related to the task at hand.
  • Making maintenance plans and guide book, tracking status and establishing files; Setting up daily maintenance and management plans of processes and monitoring the implementation
  • Solving problems during production, cooperating with suppliers and external resources to do repairing and maintenance
  • Any other task assigned by your area leadership
  • Work in a safe manner, following all safety policies and procedures

 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Associates degree in the following technical areas; Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics
  • Willing to travel to China for training in the respective technical field
