Minghua USA, a division of Jiangnan Mold Plastics Technology Corporation, is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.  One of the largest suppliers of plastic mold parts in China’s automotive industry, Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic products and hi-tech molds. The company will manufacture a variety of parts and products for original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers in the automotive industry.

Industrial Painting Equipment Technician

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Initial Job Duties:

 
  • Involvement in new equipment planning, selection and purchasing
  • Installation and testing of new equipment
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans
  • Monitoring equipment operation and cooperating with external resources in maintenance and repairs
  • Analyzing faults and establishing plans of equipment repairs and adjustments
  • Cooperating with production department to make preparation before production, coordinating to solve equipment problems occurring during production
  • Working in a safe manner following all safety policies and procedures

 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • High school diploma/GED; Associates degree preferred with field of study in the mechanical and electrical fields
  • 3+ years working experience with paint line equipment in an industrial environment
  • Maintenance skills of painting robots; familiarization with operating principles of painting robots and industrial paint line
  • Knowledge of mechanical designs, process and Siemens PLCs
  • Knowledge of quality standards for exterior products, TSI16949 quality system, business operation and management process
  • Must be eligible to secure a passport and willing to travel internationally for 1–3 months based on training needs.
