Minghua USA, a division of Jiangnan Mold Plastics Technology Corporation, is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.  One of the largest suppliers of plastic mold parts in China’s automotive industry, Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic products and hi-tech molds. The company will manufacture a variety of parts and products for original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers in the automotive industry.

Injection Molding Equipment Technician

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Initial Job Duties:

 
  • Assisting with equipment set up and installation
  • Rolling out work instructions/training plans
  • Building pre-series parts
  • Training to become master trainers
  • Learning all facets of production and logistics for the site
  • Assisting support functions in the startup of processes & procedures
  • Assisting facilities/production maintenance technicians with various tasks 

 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • High school diploma/GED is required, prefer Associates degree; experience related to electric, mechanics or automation
  • 3+ years’ working experience in process of plastic products; experience in auto industry is preferred
  • Familiar with principles of operation and maintenance of injection equipment, product quality standards and injection production process skills of injection equipment maintenance and repairing 
  • Team player
  • Good problem solving skills in relation to function and responsibilities
  • Ability with computers, reading documents, understanding work instructions
  • Good communication & training skills in assisting operators to understand work instructions
  • Must be eligible to secure a passport and willing to travel internationally for 1–3 months based on training needs.
