Requirements:            

• High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1-2 years of excellent customer service experience
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute with an 80% accuracy rate
• Excellent phone skills and phone etiquette
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Displays leadership skills and a desire to learn and grow with the company
• Demonstrates high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task (active listening, verbal communication, and typing)
• Must have a high work ethic and pride in product
• Enjoys working with people in a team environment Flexible; an “out-of-the-box thinker” who is adaptable to change with a growing company
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Attend a mandatory paid two (2) to three (3) week training program
• Flexible and able to work the needed shifts of the company needs, including one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday)
