The Clinical Support Supervisor helps patients with chronic illnesses navigate through the confusing world of healthcare and assist them in obtaining the resources they need to improve their health. You will supervise and provide leadership and training for Certified Medical Assistants and Nursing Assistants who will be coordinating care between patients and providers.  This is all done from ChartSpan’s call center in downtown Greenville, South Carolina.  There is no hands-on patient care; however, ChartSpan is able to make meaningful connections with its patients over that phone that truly makes a positive impact on their lives. 

What does it take to be successful at ChartSpan?

* Be a patient advocate

* Provide leadership and management to members of the clinical team

* Possess a Current License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

* Have 3+ years of experience as an LPN

* Demonstrate sensitivity and empathy with chronically ill patients

* Protect patient confidentiality
* Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
* Wow the patient with great service
* Show your awesome typing and data entry skills
* Successfully pass a background and drug screen
