Fancy Pokket USA - Sanitation Crew Team Lead

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1. Follow Quality Managers/Plant Managers instructions
2. Manage, train and supervise cleaning crew to ensure Fancy Pokket Corporation standards are met
3. Ensure assigned areas are cleaned/sanitized and equipment is returned to proper location
4. Follow all OSHA Hazardous Communication program standards and ensure employee compliance
5. Accountable for safe plant closure process
6. Ensure all employees are following company’s rules and regulations as per the Human Resource Policy Manual

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma
2. Strong leadership and motivational skill
3. Strong oral and written communication skills
4. Strong planning and organizational skills
5. Experience in manufacturing sanitation
