Potential employment opportunities exist for:

 

Plant Manager

 

Plant Manager: To run the operation efficiently by utilizing equipment capacity; minimizing labor and material costs, controlling inventory and delivering product on time to customers.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Direct supervisors to manage their department efficiently and implement all quality assurance requirements
  2. Responsible for planning and scheduling daily production goals for all departments.
  3. Manage inventory of finished products
  4. Implement continuous process improvement programs
  5. Train and evaluate new and current employees
  6. Ensure sanitation and FSSC guidelines are being followed throughout the plant 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Must have 5 year in Food Industry Production Management
