Production Operators - All Shifts

JOB SUMMARY

Operators are responsible for all aspects of the production process, including: loading, unloading, material handling, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality control, warehousing, and various support activities. The operator position duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the plant’s needs.

Positions are available on all shifts.  Shift times are:

1^st    –     6am – 2pm

2^nd   –     2pm – 10pm

3^rd   –     10pm – 6am

 DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Loading and unloading of production parts
• Packaging of production parts
• Provide minimal maintenance to heavy equipment as directed.
• Operation of process equipment and others as assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist in the sampling of material. Strapping – preparing pallets/boxes for shipping
• Assist others to provide an organized and clean workplace including: all areas of the plant, workstations, equipment, walkways and locker rooms.
• Possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team.
• Work in a non-air-conditioned environment. The production hall is not heated nor cooled.
• Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed.

Company requires a pre-employment background, drug and work screen. 

Starting wage is $12 per hour.  Benefits include company bonus program, 10 paid vacation days plus paid holidays, health, dental, vision and short term disability insurance.
