This supplemental questionnaire is the examination for the Information Technology Analyst - II. Based on your checked responses, your job-related training and experience will be evaluated using a pre-determined formula. Scores received from this evaluation will determine applicant ranking and placement on the eligible list. Narratives provided by applicants will not be scored, but will be available to the hiring authority and may be utilized for interview and selection determination.

Section I - Relevant Training and Experience (Scored Examination)

Designing, developing and maintaining websites, including the design of website navigation and application frameworks and creating database connections.

Microsoft SQL Business Intelligence Development (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).

Microsoft Visual Studio.

Writing Visual C# code (i.e. Microsoft''s version of C#).

Writing C++ code.

Business Process Management (BPM) Development.
