Position location: Oklahoma School for the Blind - Muskogee, OK.
Position is assigned responsibilities related to construction, maintenance and repairs buildings, grounds or other state property, requiring no license. This may include assisting in maintaining sheds, fences and other structures; altering and repairing doors, floors, fixtures, replacing light bulbs; maintaining generators and motors as well as making minor repairs to various types of heating (boiler), refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment. Operates heavy equipment. Move supplies, equipment, and furniture, assist in other department areas as needed.
Probationary period (or trial period if applicable) is required.

Level I :
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of two years of experience in one or more of the building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of those identified in Level I plus two additional years of qualifying experience.
