The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is a government agency providing services to other Oklahoma government agencies. Our mission is to be a “FAST” agency: Flatter, Agile, Streamlined, and Technology-enabled.  We are seeking a full time, unclassified Analyst / Project Manager with the Division of Capital Asset Management’s Fleet Management in Oklahoma City. We offer a comprehensive Benefits Packet, and a competitive annual salary up to $54,000 based on education and experience.  

Fleet Management leases 1,100 vehicles to over 60 state agencies and oversees nearly 12,000 vehicles owned by the State of Oklahoma.

The Analyst / Project Manager will be is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involving management of the fleet system and accounting for the inventorying of the state vehicle fleet.

Principal Activities:

•Administer Fleet Focus M5 Fleet Management System: user access, modules, data
•Maintain state vehicle fleet inventory database of vehicles in the Fleet Management System
•Expand or implement system functionality to automate processes and data management
•Analyze data, generate and contribute to various scheduled and on-demand reporting
•Develop and conduct structured update messages and meetings with customers
•Provide training and guidance to internal and external system users

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics or a closely related field or a combination of Education and Experience. Advanced use of MS Word, Excel, Access, and web based applications is required.  Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license equivalent to Oklahoma class D and have a satisfactory driving record and be able to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Preference may be given to candidates that have Knowledge of MS Visio, Crystal Reports, SQL and Oracle database

Other valuable Skills:

•Logical and detail oriented database management is a must;
•Prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines are critical;
•Project management attributes: self-starter, planner, analytical, quality control, training;
•Must communicate precisely in person and email (Microsoft Outlook).
