The Information Services Division (ISD) is seeking a full-time Customer Relations Manager for our Oklahoma City location, providing IT services to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services/Information Services Division serving OKDHS. Job Description / Essential Functions:
The core responsibility for this position is to provide communication between customer management and the service providers within ISD.  Position provides a liaison and escalation point for customer.

Duties & Activities:
• To provide communications to the customer
• Attend project and staff meetings
• Broadcast technical events and updates
• Help establish achievable expectations
• Help provide alternative solutions
• Provide initial guidance on maintenance and new project requests
• Listen to customer to hear their issues and needs
• Contribute to maintain agency/department goals

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not require supervisory responsibilities. 

Minimum Qualifications: 
Position requirements include Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science or an appropriate discipline from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent must be able to manage complex relationships through proven leadership, self-confidence and interpersonal communications skills.

At least 2 years of experience in an IT environment is preferred.
