The fundamental reason this classification exists is to provide a variety of public relations and customer services to Montgomery Airport passengers and the public. The essential function of this position is: provides information, directions, and additional assistance to passengers and the public. Incumbents receive supervision from the Airport Customer Development Manager.
High school diploma or G.E.D. Six (6) months of face to face customer service experience to include providing documents, information, and directions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work will include shift work, nights, weekends and holidays. Due to Federal regulations, all candidates are subject to a background check as a condition of employment. Employees will work less than 20 hours per week and are considered temporary employees. They are paid only for the hours worked and receive no fringe benefits or permanent status in the merit system.
