POSITION DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Possession of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration.
Experience: At least five years of management/supervisory experience in claim taking, call centers or adjudication is mandatory.
Applicants that meet the minimum and selective qualification will be referred to the hiring manager for interview selection. Units will select those candidates most closely demonstrating the qualifications for interview.

Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle.
Employees assigned such duties will e required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.
