This is a 12-month position at the Maryland School for the Deaf – Frederick Campus. This position is in the second shift. The candidate will need to be available to work from 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Work involves special physical demands such as lifting/pushing 50 pounds or more and climbing ladders. Must be able to climb 6' ladders to wash walls, light fixtures, and clean interior/exterior windows, etc. Must be able to sit, squat, or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to operate a high speed buffer. Must be able to safely use, adjust, and maintain manual and power tools and equipment used in cleaning.
