Introduction

This is a part-time, 30 hours per-week position.

LOCATION OF POSITION

Fifth Regiment Armory, 29th Division St., Baltimore, MD 21201

Main Purpose of Job

This position will provide custodial and janitorial services to offices, technical work areas, break areas and latrines (bathrooms) of buildings on a military reservation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: None.

Experience: None.

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Experience

The desired applicant will possess experience providing custodial, janitorial or housekeeping services in a large facility, or commercial office space, such as a; school, hotel, hospital, or an office complex.  

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Employees appointed to positions in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Employees in this classification may be subject to call-in 24 hours a day and, therefore, may be required to provide the employing agency with a telephone number where they can be reached.
