Main Purpose of Job

The COO will direct Programs and  Facility  Operations, to include Emergency and Health Safety, Police and Maintenance; Fiscal, HR and Program Administrators, being responsible for all program planning, organizing, operating and staffing. He/she is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the program aspect of the annual budget in conjunction with the Fiscal Chief.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Health, Human Services or Management Field and have 5 years of administrative experience, including 2 years of a managerial or supervisory level.  A related Masters Degree will substitute for one year of general experience.  Candidates may substitute additional experience in administrative staff or professional work on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
