Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of the Human Resource Officer II is to recruit and hire prospective candidates and provide a wide variety of experienced level personnel services to the employees, supervisors and department heads at Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center. The HR Officer II also serves as the Retirement Coordinator and backup to the Benefits Coordinator. This position will function as a personnel generalist in direct support to the Director of Human Resources in the capacity of the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS
At least six months of experience processing transactions in Workday.
