Main Purpose of Job
The position provides professional human resources services for the Baltimore County Health and Human Services through the interpretation and application of laws and regulations as applied to human resources.
POSITION DUTIES
The assigned duties and responsibilities include the full-range of functions associated with the proficient administration of State Employee Benefits, and the agency's HR program, policies, and procedures for both State and County positions and staff.
The position functions as a generalist.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1 year of experience in the recruitment, selection, and hiring of qualified candidates.
