Main Purpose of Job

This position will oversee the Office of the Inspector General Quality Assurance (QA) Unit, which consists of Licensing and Monitoring, Field and Facility audits. QA is responsible for development and implementation of a performance-based quality assurance model for state operated programs and licensed/contracted providers including monitoring, technical assistance and auditing for continuous program improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience: Six years of experience in a managerial position. Three years of this experience must have involved managing a Quality Assurance unit or managing staff that have oversight for policies and procedures.

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to Juvenile Services in performance audit experience.
