Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of this position is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Secretary for Developmental Disabilities and to the two Deputy Directors of the Developmental Disabilities Administration. Job duties including: extensive telephone work; scheduling appointments; reviewing correspondence; and, establishing and maintaining working files for the Deputy Secretary and Deputy Directors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Five years of experience as an administrative assistant.
