Summary Statement

The Indian River Marina Seasonal Revenue/Administrative Support position is responsible for welcoming park visitors, disseminating information and collecting and accounting for Transient Dockage and Trailer Storage.   Duties will include taking transient reservations, maintaining files on reservations and trailer storage, issuing parking passes and discount cards and running an automated sales program and other duties as assigned.  This is a seasonal position which includes weekends and holidays as scheduled.

  • Provide excellent customer service and park information to visitors.
  • Collecting appropriate fees and accountability for handling of money.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records.
  • Must be able to demonstrate responsibility, dependability and good communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Seasonal Marina Revenue/Administrative Support
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:  

  1. Six months experience in customer service.
  2. Six months experience in using standard computer software programs for word processing, spreadsheets or databases.
