JOB REQUIREMENTS for Conservation Technician II
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
Functional Capability Evaluation: Upon a conditional offer, you must take a Functional Capability Evaluation to assess your strength and agility to meet the physical requirements of the position.

As a condition of accepting employment, the applicant, after successful completion of an initial one-year probationary period, shall become an active member of the union. At that time you shall join and pay dues to the labor organization or may, instead, not join but pay a service fee no greater than the dues. As a condition of hire the applicant must agree as a requirement of employment to possess a Delaware Private Applicators Certification within 180 days of employment.
