This class incumbent is responsible for managing and coordinating all physical plant operations; delegating workload of subordinate supervisory personnel and directing comprehensive maintenance, repair and remodeling work done at a moderately sized State institution or facility.
Supervises the work of a small to moderate staff of labor and trades employees.
