THE AGENCY
Alameda County General Services Agency (GSA) provides a host of diverse logistical support services to County agencies and departments. These support services are provided through the successful coordination and collaboration of various departments and divisions within GSA. The Agency has an annual budget of $154.7 million and approximately 420 employees working in one of the main departments/divisions listed below:

THE POSITION
Under general direction, plans, organizes, and administers the Strategic Facilities Capital Planning Unit in the Alameda County General Services Agency (GSA); conducts facility data research to analyze the effect of investing in facility improvements and capital investments; makes recommendations on facilities and capital projects; develops and monitors the implementation of the Agency’s strategic facilities capital plan; and performs other related duties as required.
