Applicants for this position are required to submit responses to the following supplemental questions.  Your completed responses to the supplemental questionnaire will be evaluated to determine your qualifications and must be completed properly in order to be given full consideration for the next phase in the selection process. Additionally, your responses will also be evaluated and used in the selection process in order to identify the best qualified applicants.

Describe your experience managing the data of a large-scale state/federally funded program administered by a social services and/or human services department, agency or organization.  Include in your response how you or others used this data in your organization, the software program(s) or system you utilized, and what was being collected or compiled.

The Workforce Board Systems Administrator is responsible for independently evaluating, developing, testing, selecting, implementing, and maintaining software systems and programs, then using those systems to develop and deliver data and reports for stakeholders.  Describe a time when you were responsible for creating and/or delivering a presentation or formal report to a group of stakeholders, a workgroup or a committee?
