3. How do you meet the experience qualification?

  LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER: I have 4 years of public sector labor relations experience that includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, developing bargaining proposals, and responding to grievances at precedent-setting levels AND 2 years of public sector personnel administration experience that includes administering and overseeing employee discipline processes.
  LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER: I have 6 years of collective bargaining experience involving direct responsibility for labor contract negotiations; grievance investigations, and/or labor agreement and memorandums of understanding administration; and impasse resolutions. The 6 years includes 1 year of experience in the capacity of a Chief Negotiator.
  LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER: I have 5 years of collective bargaining experience involving direct responsibility for labor contract negotiations; grievance investigations, and/or labor agreement and memorandums of understanding administration; and impasse resolutions. This includes 1 year of experience in the capacity of a Chief Negotiator. AND I have completed a professionally recognized certification program in labor relations, OR possess a Master's Degree in public or business administration, industrial/labor relations, law, human resources/personnel management, economics, or a field closely related to the intent of the class.
  PRINCIPAL HR ANALYST: I have 3 years of professional personnel experience with included assignment in major program areas. 1 year of the personnel experience was related to public agencies.
