Salary: Volunteer Position

Application and Supplemental Questionnaire Deadline: Open Continuously.

The Supplemental Questionnaire is used in this particular application  only for you to give us feedback on the online application process. For this reason, you will want to fill out the supplemental questionnaire at the end of the application.  Supplemental Questionnaires for other applications will be job specific.

The Position:

You have the opportunity to practice filling out an on-line application. You may enter real data or random data.  You may practice jumping from part to part to view and review the application, make changes and resubmit various parts.  If  you would like to use the data entered on the practice application for a real job, you will have the option to automatically copy the data from your practice application into another job application.

Follow these steps to copy the practice application into another job application: 

  1. From the Current Employment Opportunities page, click on the job for which you wish to apply. Review the bulletin and choose the option to apply on-line at the bottom.
  2. Register to enter the system using the same UserID and Password as you did for the practice application. 
  3. You will be given a list of all previous complete and incomplete applications. Click on the application from which you wish to copy data (Practice Application).
  4. The new application will be opened with the copied information already complete. 
  5. If a supplemental questionnaire is required on the new application, it will appear first and you are required to complete it.
  6. Review the rest of the application and make changes as appropriate. Some parts of the application which pertain only to the current job will be required to be completed for the new application.  

Employment Process:

Must have Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher/Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher browser

Knowledge of: basic principles of internet.

Ability to: to use a keyboard and mouse.

Examples of Duties:

To complete a supplemental questionnaire and application on-line.   Print application and supplemental questionnaire.
