The Information Services Division (ISD) is seeking a full-time Computer Technical Specialist for our Oklahoma City location providing services to the ISD/Security Division. This is an unclassified position within Oklahoma state government. Click here to view our comprehensive Benefits Packet.
The individual in this position is the Security Lead for the CORE Oklahoma applications which is critical for the maintenance of user security over the entire PeopleSoft implementation. The person in this position is responsible for day to day security issues and for the setup of large batches of users when new agencies come on to the system for more functionality/modules.
•Perform PeopleSoft account administration including additions, changes, deletions, and account analysis.
•Complete assigned change requests in an accurate, timely, and prioritized fashion.
•Ensure that the appropriate functional security roles and associated job profiles are utilized to provide proper access to the functions and data within PeopleSoft in a least privileged manner.
•Assist with audit and compliance activities to ensure that the security setup and application usage within PeopleSoft and other designated applications is in compliance with internal and external security requirements.
•Assist with incident response specific to PeopleSoft security.
•Provide PeopleSoft security training and awareness when required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for supervising other personnel.
Education and Experience Requirements
•1-2 years demonstrated general information security administration skills.
•General information security experience with ERP systems.
•Strengths in role and permission based security.
•A strong understanding of the “least privilege” security model.
•Ability to analyze PeopleSoft and system transaction logs.
•Excellent client facing skills including exceptional oral and written communication skills.
•Regular communication in writing and in-person to end users and contributors is expected.
•Must be detail oriented and results focused.

•Demonstrated PeopleSoft security administration skills.
