This position will be located in the Sapulpla Workforce Center.
Temporary Appointment 999 hours in a twelve month.
Applicants must have a high school education or equivalent GED. Applicants will need to have a minimum of (1) one year of customer service experience in a customer service/clerical setting.
Preference will be given to applicants with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel experience.
Greet customers as they enter, identify needs and direct to appropriate unit or person. Provide basic information about work registration, unemployment filing and other available services. Provide customer core services in resource area by assisting customers with online registration, accessing job openings through the internet and resume completion. Monitor customers using resources and assist with computer software utilization such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office. Answer phones providing basic information regarding the Workforce Center. Direct calls to appropriate staff as needed. Coordinate services to clients in the Welcome Unit by determining what services need to be completed in Oklahoma Service Link.
