The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our Oklahoma City location. The individual in this position will provide technical clerical support for the Executive Assistant to the Director and to serve as the primary back-up to the Agency Receptionist.  To view a detailed job description click here.

Daily Activities: 

Receives customers and/or visitors; answers telephone calls; takes messages and disseminates information; directs the request to those who can provide the customer with the information or services when necessary.

Performs a variety of sorting and filing tasks; performs a number of tasks such as posting and recording data.

Back-up duties for Executive Assistant to the Director and Agency Receptionist

Enters and retrieves information using personal computer; proofs previously entered data and makes routine corrections.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Complete understanding of Microsoft Suite, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.

AND

Five years of clerical work

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience

Preference may be given to applicants with a PeopleSoft experience.
