Seasonal Assistant Revenue Supervisor

Summary Statement

The seasonal position will supervise the revenue staff, create computer generated revenue reports, coordinate seasonal staff schedules, sell park permits, run automated sales program, perform campground reservations and issue resolution in the absence of the Administrative Specialist II.  Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Essential Functions

  • Schedules and assigns work of seasonal revenue staff.
  • Maintains and compiles fiscal and narrative records and reports.
  • Collects appropriate fee and accountability for handling of money.
  • Provide customer services by explaining regulations, answering visitor requests, needs and complaints, and providing information about the park and surrounding areas.
  • Must be dependable and have good communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:

  1. Six months of supervisory experience.
  2. Six months experience in customer service.
  3. Six months experience in using standard computer software programs for word processing, spreadsheets, or databases.
  4. Six months experience in revenue handling.

As a condition of hire you must possess a valid driver's license (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving).
