The incumbent in this position will provide technical assistance to Division staff in the development of Requests for Proposals, contract negotiation and development to ensure compliance with state and federal policies, rules and regulations. Other duties will include reviewing program service data, financial expenditure/revenue data and conduct contract monitoring to determine the effectiveness of the program in meeting contractual requirements, outcome measures. The incumbent will also develop and implement a contract monitoring protocol specific to assigned service programs and develop monthly programmatic report to obtain required information from contractual service provider and prepare summarized statistical reports for Division management outlining any deficiency areas of concern. The incumbent will develop and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual statistical reports showing trend analysis of client demographics served in assigned service programs including the insurance status, utilization, and cost of the services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Management Analyst III
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
Three years experience in descriptive statistics such as the mean, median, mode or standard deviation.
Three years experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
