This position supports the administrative functions of the Office of the Secretary. Duties will include support of the Environmental Appeals Board, the Coastal Zone Industrial Control Board and other boards or task forces as needed. Incumbent will attend and organize formal meetings and assure attendees’ needs are met. Position is responsible for answering questions from the general public on matters handled by DNREC and referring inquiries to the proper staff person. Incumbent will work collaboratively in a team environment.
